Cruise ships can be likened to floating deluxe hotels equipped with the latest technology. You can follow the daily program outlining activities in the ship's newspaper distributed to your room each evening. Think of this newspaper as a bulletin containing all information about what will happen on board that day, including all activities within the ship, weather forecasts, details about ports of call, contact information for reservations at specialty restaurants or spas, and more. The most common language on board is English. If you are on a tour with a Turkish guide, our guide will assist you with all matters ranging from ship bulletins to restaurant menus and prepares special bulletins for our valued guests.
Upon boarding the ship, you must complete baggage drop-off, passport submission, and provide credit card details (a deposit may be required for potential expenses) at the check-in desk located at the ship's entrance. Your passport will be handed over to you only after the cruise concludes, once it has been collected at the start of the journey. After submitting your passport to the ship, you will receive a Boarding Card from the vessel. This card serves as both your passport substitute and cabin key, and is used for all transactions onboard. The Boarding Card displays various information such as your first and last name, cabin number, and dining session assignments.
There is a dress code for passengers on board the ship. Since there are special events such as the Captain's Welcome Dinner and Gala Night, we kindly request that you bring elegant and classic attire. You can track these events, including the Gala Night and Welcome Dinner, via the ship's newspaper mentioned earlier. Additionally, the dress code is specified in the bulletin.
Cruise ships offer open buffet restaurants available 20 hours a day where you can eat at any time. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in your fare at the main restaurant, there are also fast-food outlets and buffets. Specialty concept restaurants are also available on board, such as Thai restaurants and steakhouses. For these restaurants, you can make advance reservations and enjoy special meals prepared by dedicated chefs. Thematic restaurants are subject to an additional fee.
Cruise ships offer numerous facilities and activities for families with children. Onboard, there are children's pools and play clubs where kids can spend their time.
Cruise ships are designed by engineers to minimize motion during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the ship, including your cabin. You may smoke on the open deck in designated areas where ashtrays are provided and no signs prohibit smoking. Ships have doctors and nurses on board. Accessible cabins for disabled guests are also available on the ships.

• Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2 age child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the tour return date; for the 3–12 age child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the tour return date.

• During check-in on board, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in designated colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship’s first departure day. This situation, caused by the heavy volume and crowds, is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put essential items in a small hand luggage bag and keep it with you.
• The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may be unable to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the night before, and leave it in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS IDENTIFY AND COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.
